Refunds

At Gladiator Firearms Training, we strive to provide high-quality services and experiences for all our clients. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds for any purchases or bookings. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To accommodate these situations, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your appointment or class to a different day or choose an alternative class.


Rescheduling

1. Notification: To reschedule your appointment or class, please notify us at least 1 day before the scheduled time. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments and offer your slot to another client.


2. Rescheduling Options

  • You may choose a different day for the same appointment or class.
  • Alternatively, you may select another class of equal or lesser value. If you wish to attend a higher-value class, the difference in cost will need to be paid.


3. Limitations
: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee availability.


4.No-Show Policy
: If you do not notify us within the specified time frame and do not attend the scheduled appointment or class, rescheduling may not be possible.
